Ben has built his career on tenacity, hard work and customer service values during the depths of one of the worst Real Estate recessions our country has ever seen. In a time when over 50% of Realtors nationally were leaving the business, Ben became a top 10 agent in his already established Ebby Halliday office.
With a strong background in sales and personnel management, Ben prides himself on strong negotiation tactics and a solid understanding of how to get the best deal possible for his clients. Buyer clients would characterize him as patient and receptive to their needs and sellers would call him a problem solver, selling properties other agents aren't able to.
As a member of the community, Ben is active as a board member of Live Local East Dallas as well as the VP of the East Dallas Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network and graduated from the Texas Association of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2012. Ben is also a musician and spends his free time playing music and attending local shows around Dallas.
